Officer Kerrick did his job as he was trained. He does not deserve to go through this like a criminal. I would have done the same thing. Fire until the aggressive act stops.

Innocent of all charges. It's nice to see how the Chief and the higher ups in the department of charlotte was quick to throw him under the bus, and how the state as quick to push for a trail after the sbi said it was a clean shoot.
