Officer Kerrick should NOT be retried and should never have been charged or tried. The first Grand Jury spoke and did not indict. Quit being politically correct and stand up to the thugs.

I feel he is innocent! He did his job and was telling the young man to stop he refused and did not obey what the officer said and continue to charge at the officer, which in turn caused this young man to loose his life on his own decision to not comply with the officer and to attack the officer , so officer Kerrick had no other choice but to protect him self'.

If an officer tells you to stop and get on the ground that is what you should do. I am saddened for the Ferrell family but it is the truth. Now there are two families suffering. Keep up all this nonsense with officers having to defend themselves for doing what they are sworn to do and pretty soon there will be no LEO because no one will want all the junk they go through for the low pay they get!
