Enough is enough. If you comply with Police direction than you wont have an incident. When a Police Officer says get on the ground, you get on the ground. If an Officer says show me your hands, show your hands. It's just that simple!

This officer should have been found Not Guilty. I do not want him retried. His life has been destroyed already. I have family members on this force, the morale is low. If this is what we can expect from command throwing our loved ones under the bus when they have to defend themselves I don't want my loved ones putting themselves on the line any more!

If the general public made as much commotion every time a police officer is killed or stabbed, we wouldn't even be having to sign this petition. There needs to be a public service announcement made that if you resist arrest in an aggressive way, charge a police officer or ignore what a police officer tells you to do YOU MAY GET SHOT! PERIOD. No matter WHO you are.
