Do not retry Officer Kerrick in the matter of NC v. Randall Kerrick. He responded to a home invasion call and did what the vast majority of law enforcement officers woudo do. As evidenced by the SBI investigation. Allow true justice to prevail and dismiss the charges. Do not let the current anti-police climate dictate your actions.

Please do not waste precious tax money by retrying this case. A majority of jurors have already said NOT GUILTY! The police officer was did exactly what anyone would have done that was being physically attacked in the middle of the night!

Please do not retry Officer Kerrick! It is a waste of taxpayer money to retry him for justly defending himself. Please do not give in to racial pressure and extortion. Justice HAS been served already with the 8 of the 12 jurors who were for a Not Guilty verdict!

we do have a racism problem , it's all the racist black people that are trying influence the outcome of trails across the country with intimidation .why is it you don't hear about it when a white person is killed by a black person but when it's the other way around the media is so quick to point out race! If there weren't so many black people living off of the government (tax payers) they wouldn't have so much time to riot and loot!
