This officer shot because he had seen other officer's fire tasers with no results then this guys on him he's thinking tasers had no effect so he used deadly force like he has been trained.State BLET teaches you 2 in the mid section 1to the head because of under the influence of drugs

"Innocent until proven guilty" seems to have been lost with this case. 2 tries to even get an indictment, and 8-4 "not guilty". Please dismiss the charges against Officer Kerrick. The State has failed to prove its case. There is no reason to believe another trial would end with different results.

2 grand juries and a mistrial at 8-4 is all you need to clearly see this an inappropriate prosecution of an innoncent man.

After reviewing all that was shown on dash cam video, it is my opinion that the young man appeared aggressively charging the officer, rendering himself a dangerous weapon.
