Officer kerrick was charged at by Mr. Ferrel he is trained to eliminate the threat which is what he did he is not guilty

Please do not re-try the Officer Kerrick case. I feel that a vote of 8 for innocence should stand and no more money spent on something so obvious.

A two thirds majority of the jury found Kerrick innocent. If you are any type of attorney general and respect the legal system, respect the jury and let the man be. The matter should be closed and no further prosecution is warranted.

Why didn't Jonathan Ferrell STOP when Officer Kerrick told him to instead of running toward him. I would have feared for my life as well. STOP means STOP and maybe Ferrell would still be with us today and Officer Kerrick wouldn't be going thru this. I do not believe he needs to be retried.
