I believe that Officer Kerrick acted in good faith and that he is innocent of any crimes.

From the evidence seen during the trial Officer Kerrick should never have been charged.

Officer Kerrick should not be prosecuted again. The majority of jurors ruled to find him NOT GUILTY. Apparently the other jurors were asleep during the trial since the evidence had to be shown to them several times. Let the man live in peace! Do not try him again.

Let's be done with the discord and move forward. All that was happening at the time the officer had reason to fear for his life. I pay taxes, never late. I feel we have a say and another trial will not bring back the life of one lost so u unfortunately. Prayers to the family.

The state failed to prove the case with a majority of the jurors. The cost of another trail is better spent on the needs of the residence of North Carolina, the taxpayers.

Enough is Enough. Let officer Kerrick go. Shame on the City of Charlotte for how they handled this.

This man is being railroaded by his so called superiors. The chief was so ashamed, he resigned before the trial.

You don't charge a cop. Listen to the cops commands. Period, he defended himself. Sorry to Ferrell family. Good luck to Kerrick.

I urge you to consider that all who want this case re-tried, have a motive based on "feelings" not evidence.

I listened to the 911 call and the witness testimonies. I saw the submitted evidence and the dash cam video. This officer's actions were justified. NOT GUILTY! I would be proud to have him protect and serve my family and my community.
He is innocent of manslaughter
