With one grand jury not returning a bill of indictment and a trial jury not able to convict should tell us all that there is reasonable doubt in this case and the case should not be retried.

I support Officer Kerrick and the CMPD. What happened was a tragedy, however, if the young man had heeded the police instructions and not bull stormed them he may be alive today.
