The evidence does not lead to a conviction. Don't waste any more money just so the prosecution can make some political points.

I believe the officer was afraid for his live with a football player running at. I was bullied by jocks when I was in High School and I believe this black guy was a bully

There is too much hate against police officers these days. Not only do they have to do their best to protect the public, but often times they have to do so with a hatred from the public.

I've got a son that is an officer and No One knows what it's like to b on the other side of a situation unless u walk n there shoes on a split action and adrenaline is kick n! And I believe that happened n this case. All I can say no mater what color if u r told to do something by an officer just DO IT!!! It's not worth losing ur life! Don't b stupid just b respectful and follow instructions by the officer!! I have a list of names of family members that agree! Have 2 daughters 2 sons 4 granddaughters a husband and mother n law that r to b added to this support for officer Kerrick. Thoughts and prayer r sent to both families!!

Remember the 2 officers that were shot and killed my an unarmed suspect in Charlotte. Support your police officers. In my opinion, Officer Kerri was wrongly charged and arrested. He was doing his job! He should be given a settlement for the pain and suffering he and his family have been through. The City of Charlotte jumped the gun in giving the Ferrell famity a settlement.

Tragic event for all involved, but the facts are clear. No reason to pursue this any further...

He did his job. Don't waste court time or money trying to prosecute an innocent man. It would end in mistrial again, cost money and waste time. Not to mention mental strain on Officer Kerri and Ferrell's family. He was tried before his peers, leave it alone.
