The jury was not even close to convicting. Stop wasting money. It took 2 tries to get a grand jury to even agree to try this case. That alone was telling.

Police officers have to be able to protect their life. It shouldn't make any difference what color they are. I say he is innocent!

I support Officer Kerrick. Roy Cooper was wrong and you will not ever get my vote. It's time to let Kerrick and his family move on with their lives. No re-trial!

This is your chance to stop the persecution of law enforcement in America. We are seeing a 20 year reduction in crime vanishing before our eyes because officers are afraid to do their job. They are afraid to lose their jobs, their pensions and their freedom.

I believe with all my heart that he honestly thought his life was in danger. Color does not enter into it.

The jury made their decision. 8 to 4. 8 for Acquittal and 4 Guilty. A fair trial and jury. Don't waste any more time and money for the same decision. Do not ask for another trial.

I don't think the evidence warranted the first trial so I'm certain that it doesn't warrant another one. I personally think some of the jurors had preconceived notions about the trial but weren't truthful during the selection process. The evidence is just not there!!

No true bill from 1st Grand Jury, mistrial by jury, he's a victim of the times. If the police second guess themselves they can die. Tough job, tough times.

He has been tried by our justice system enough to show that he acted properly to defend himself.

He is not guilty! Why has no one thought of doing what the police officer instructs them to do and there would not be any shooting in Furguson, Baltimore or Charlotte.
