Private schools can have rules. No one need attend. Their teaching girls to be strong independent women does not need to also promote an institution that many Catholics dislike/ disapprove of. There are plenty of non denominational private schools that likely would have no problem with this sticker. Families should attend the school that suits them best. Maybe Sacred Heart isn’t the place for this child.

Unbelievable, but not unexpected in these time of church overstepping it's bounds and ignorance within the population.

This is beyond wrong to demand that a student be expelled for showing support for planned parenthood. No one is requiring anyone to use birth control or support planned parenthood...this student is simply voicing her personal opinion.

As a Presbyterian whose daughters were made to sit down during communion at CHS masses, I hope that one day I will visit Palm Springs and receive communion in your church!

It's free speech. It's peaceful. Planned Parenthood has many great devices it provides to those of all faiths including many Catholics. I am sure your young women will go through stages in life as they grow. They may be pro life for some years. The decide they are pro choice. And then who knows. But that doesn't happen without freedom of expression. Wake up Sacred Heart. You are only hurting your own institution

Planned Parenthood helps so many women. Asking Kate to remove her sticker is against her free will and freedom to express herself.

Outrageous. She is thinking for herself and there is nothing wrong with that. It is not racist or full of hatred. If she displayed an opposing viewpoint, there would be nothing wrong with that either.

Disgusting and a really bad message to send to young women. So judgmental from a religion that is full of scandal.
