Not sure you understand what cry wolf means- and the fact that someone disagrees with you has you name calling says a lot about you and your schooling. Plus the school is hardly hypocritical. They are just enforcing rules. Other points of view should be voiced so the school knows they are supported also.

Pro-choice here and I’m standing with the school, whoops! You’re going to a private school and need to abide by their rules. Don’t like it? Go to a different school then.

There are rules- one person posted the student handbook. And they can have any rules they want- private is private. Kate can go anywhere she wants to school if she or her family doesn’t like them. Nothing stopping her
I come from private school and send children. I do not always agree but know it is a choice I have made and can change. The school doesn’t have to change for me, nor does the church.

No one has asked Sacred Heart to promote Planned Parenthood or abortion, especially amazing Kate. There are no rules at the school to silence a students opinions. If Sacred Heart does not want students to voice their views on topics like rape, abortion, murder and capital punishment than they should not encourage open debate on these topics in their ethics class.

This is my school and they are dead wrong on this issue! The adults have failed adulting this time out. I really feel for Kate Murray who should never have been thrust into this controversy. Shame on the school for mismanaging this issue so badly.

Expensive price tag for simpleminded knee jerk education. Can’t expect students to compete globally if they are not encouraged to think independently. Sad.
