The Catholic Church has absolutely no right to dictate what an individual thinks. To banish the student from school is wrong. Each one to his or her own opinion. Church take note.

The student is standing up for health care for women.
Sacred Heart is out of line to object to a student supporting that. What kind of girl's school doesn't support an organization that is dedicated to helping girls and women?
I hope people will boycott the school if this student leaves.

I’m so grateful that my freedom of speech wasn’t stifled in high school. I believe those liberties supported me in finding social justice work later in life.

The school has to leave legacy thinking and legacy teaching behind and upgrade into the contemporary society and to teach kids all sides of an issue and learn tolerance. How narrow minded of the school in today’s world. Shameful.

Stand strong and follow your beliefs. I have personal experience with the Dioceose of the Bishop trying to use his legal team to intimidate me after standing up against domestic abuse condoned by and covered up by one of his churches preachers. #speakout
