This is a petition to bring men and women together, to fight against the hate and injustice that they both face. As human beings, regardless of our gender, we should be fighting for others that are in the face of injustice.
A woman should not stay silent when her fellow human being who happens to be a man is being criticized for being one. A man should not stay silent when a colleague devalues a woman's work or takes her less seriously because of her gender.
If you sign this petition, you vow to:
- Never stay silent when your fellow human-being is criticized unjustly because of their gender
- Judge people based on their merit, not gender
- Empower human-beings even if they are from the opposite gender
- Remain aware of your own gender biases and actively work against them
With enough people voicing their support for male-female collaboration instead of a futile fight between them, we will be able to foster a cohesive environment where we care about others not because of our gender, or theirs, but because at the end of the day, we are all humans.

I want our society to become more collaborative because both genders are here to stay. Marginalizing one of them will only bring harm and distrust to the community and will minimize the OUTSTANDING potential we have when working together, side by side.
