Senator Chuck Grassley has said that if he receives 50 thousand phone calls regarding S.J.Res. 5 (Senate Joint Resolution to remove the deadline from the Equal Rights Amendment) that he would act upon the resolution currently sitting idle in the Senate Judiciary Committee, for which he is Chair.
We felt that giving his office a tidy record of those phone calls would be a great way to help them keep track so that when the 50 thousand call threshold is reached, he can fulfill his word.
Step 1. Call Chuck Grassley's office at: (202) 224-3744 and let him know you want him to act on S.J.Res.5.
Step 2. Sign this petition as a receipt of that call. If possible, enter date and time of call being made for record keeping purposes.
