I, like many fans, have been unable to see Hull FC play at home since the change to Friday night fixtures. In the Hull Daily Mail on March 2nd Mark Fewings called on disgruntled Hull FC fans to start a petition, so here it is! A great many supporters are not in favour of Friday night games for the following reasons: 1. Elderly people do not want to have to travel to the games in the dark, or sit in the cold 2. People with families can no longer take children, as matches now start after their bedtime, and young children don't want to sit in the cold either 3. It is harder for away supporters and those who do not live close to the ground to get to the Friday night matches 4. More people are at work on a Friday and can't get to the match 5. This is SUMMER rugby, so why do we have to sit in the cold and the dark? The club used to proud of the 'family friendly' atmosphere. Now they do everything possible in pursuit of increased revenue. If you agree that we should go back to the Sunday afternoon 3pm kick-offs then please sign this petition. Thank you Carol
