In the special editions of How to Look Good Naked … With a Difference, Gok has joined forces with Naked Ambassadors Natasha Wood and Nikki Fox in a mission to convince retailers that disability can sell fashion.

A massive 92% of people who answered our exclusive Naked survey felt that customers with disabilities are ignored by the fashion and beauty industries. And with 94% saying that they wanted to see more people with disabilities used in adverts and magazines, it’s time to for change.

Armed with their beautiful disabled model, Shannon, and a fabulous ad campaign, Tash and Nikki have set out to see if they can convince some of the biggest names in the business to start using disabled models in their adverts. But they need your help! – To show your support in getting disabled models to feature in high street advertising, then please take a couple of moments to sign our petition. Your support could help change the face of fashion forever.

The fashion industry is still ignoring millions of potential customers despite what their survey results claim. I am currently drafting formal letters to the CEOs of every major UK high street brand to demand an immediate meeting. Send an email to your local representative today to ask why these companies continue to exclude disabled models from their campaigns.

SO TRUE! tired of seeing the same exact type of person in every single ad. lets see some actual diversity for once.
