Amid the growing popularity within the sneaker culture and among those who live and around Baltimore, MD. In an attempt to better capitalize on the popularity and availability of prominent sneaker locations in Baltimore, we hereby petition for the establishment of a Foot Locker "House of Hoops" location in the city or in a nearby central location. As part of our petition we implore those within the Foot Locker corporation to analyze the economic behavior of those Foot Locker divisions in Baltimore and in the areas around Baltimore, MD. The addition of a House of Hoops division would be highly plausible for the economic outlook as well as fluid/optimal transportation to an identifiable central location. The revenue opportunity for the corporation as well as the city's economy would be great. Also the appreciation shown by the citizens who would frequent the establishment would on display. This would be an opportunity to take advantage of the excellent sneaker market that is Baltimore, while also allowing for an opportunity to showcase the city and its culture as well. From athletes who are from/lived or currently live in the Baltimore area, as well as entertainers and other prominent figures. All of which adds to the promotional aspect of the store, enhancing the store and company's PR. Again we implore those within the Foot Locker corporation to look into the possibility of opening a House of Hoops division in Baltimore, MD and also look at the support of those in this petition.
