This petition was designated to communicate the popular demand of the H&M brand in Charlotte, NC. Having an H&M in Charlotte is mutually beneficial to both consumers and H&M as the Queen City has extreme buying power. While H&M does have store locations in the neighboring cities of Raleigh and most recently Winston-Salem, Charlotte is a bigger city that has much more growth on the horizon. Even the White House recognizes that Charlotte is a special city as they have chosen Charlotte as 2012's host of the Democratic National Convention. In addition, H&M has decided to entice Charlotte consumers by advertising to this key market through commercials despite the fact that there is not a store in the city or options to purchase online. So H&M, we beg of you, give these people what they want!
