We, the staff and nurses at Brigham and Women’s Hospital request that Nora Scharf give Tiffany Therrien her requested time off for her wedding and honeymoon. This petition is to support Tiffany Therrien for her life event. It has previously been common practice to allow staff members to use a life events for other people’s wedding (not their own) and travel abroad. We believe Tiffany should have the opportunity to enjoy her important life event. We believe this event should be at the manager’s discretion and we hereby would like to formally request that BWH management and/or Nora Scharf give Tiffany Therrien holiday time to enjoy her wedding and honeymoon.

Tiffany works so hard and deserves this time off for her own wedding. It’s honestly ridiculous that she’s having to fight for this when other staff get time for way less important stuff.
