(Please put your zip code in the comments field) Home Safe Home is a grassroots project that was formed to increase awareness of the increasing teenage drug and alcohol abuse problem in Staten Island. We are petitioning to ask local Congress to increase funding for the prevention and treatment of teenage drug and alcohol abuse. Staten Island has had the highest percentage increase in adolescent drug and alcohol abuse in New York. Abuse is increasing and additional funding is needed to increase education, prevention and treatment options for adolescents. We need 20,000 signatures to be heard, please help make a difference.
