we are a group of young people who have decided that the amount of food being thrown away by the supermarkets is out of order. All the food is perfectly good but instead of being put to good use it is just being thrown out into the rubbish. We want food that is classed safe by the health and safety laws to be given to the homeless charities that actually need the food to help those people out there that are starving. about a quater of homeless people out there are turned away from the charitites providing food becasue there just is not enough. if we can get enough signatures then we can help all those people who are still starving and show them that bit of kindness that may just make there day slightly better.
