Hold Zack Burkett Co. and TxDOT Accountable for Vehicle Damage on U.S. 287

The road work has caused rock chips in my paint in the front of the car. I have to travel 287 from city view everyday for work. My car looks horrible.

I got my rocks in my windshield by a passing motorist. Now I have cracks almost across. This was when they first started with this mess.

So far I've gotten 4 cracks in my windshield, due to this.

Windshield was pelted with a barrage of loose gravel resulting in a crack from a larger rock when I was passed by a driver on the left side. I was traveling at around 70 mph maintaining my own lane at the time of incident.

My windshield was cracked due to the loose gravel being thrown and no way to avoid it.

I sustained multiple chips on my windshield due to both lanes being open no way to travel safely evening, driving safe distance from car and front due to the other lane being open hurling gravel onto to cars! It was so bad and unsafe I call 911 to ask for an office to please come drive it !

Windshield took a rock on east bound 287 between Iowa Park and FM 369

My son was driving my husband car and the car in front of him kick up several debris when one hit and shattered the corner of my windshield right where my tag sticker is and this should also be replaced.

Due to the hazardous road conditions left by Zach Burkett company on 287N , my F150 truck now has 3 windshield cracks in just the last 3 months traveling to work from Wichita Falls to Vernon TX. Zach Burkett company should be held liable to replace my windshield..

Crack across my whole windshield

Have to fix several chips in my windshield and has cracked my son̈ and daughter in law windshield

I have several chips on my windshield and scratches/dings on my car due to the long stretches of road left unfinished.

I have dings on my car and guests that have driven to visit have cracked windshields from rocks hitting them on 287 before the loose gravel signs were installed and before the road was swept.
