- Mike Tomlin refuses to hold his players accountable for things they do and say on and off the field. He has lost the locker room. He is a below average coach as when it comes to game management. His speciality is coaching defensive backs in which they are consistently mentioned amongst the worst in the NFL. He has “coached” the Steelers to 3 playoffs wins in 8 years. 1 against a backup in Matt Moore and the dolphins, 1 against Cincinnati in which Cindy had a melt down and gave the Steelers the victory, and 1 in which the only scoring came from the kicker as he made 6 FG’s. He openly looks past opponents which may be why they always play down to their opponents and seemingly lose to less talented teams. When a team overachieves, the coach is given the credit. When the team underachieves, the coach should be looked too. It’s time to look to Tomlin. He has underachieved given the roster and the talent on the team. It’s time for the coach to stop being one of the guys and start holding the guys accountable; and if he won’t, the city and the fans need to hold him accountable. Simply breaking even is not what has made Pittsburgh the city of Champyinz. Undisciplined teams never hoist the trophy and discipline starts from the top down. If Tomlin can’t hold the team accountable, it’s time to find someone who will.

The minimum goal should be get to the playoffs. NOT just be a game over .500 or one and done in the playoffs.
As someone who regularly spends money on Steelers memorabilia, I vowed after week 3 2017 that I would not spend a single cent on ANY Steelers item until Tomlin was fired. I will remain true to this vow

Last 10 years all the talent have been wasted by a so called coach ..the league passed him by and he is out coached every game by opposing teams..the DEI hire ran its course and has been a failure the past decade..time to move on and the rooneys show how incompetent this franchise has become..its a disgrace to the chief

I will not support the steelers if Mike Tomlin comes back as coach. The Rooney family has to get their head out of the sand. Tomlin has no business in this town. He has failed his players and the fans but most of all the Rooney family. The is no other job you can continue to fail at and still have a job. He's proven he cannot handle the job get rid of him. We all deserve better.
