The message is finally sinking in and the front office cannot ignore the anger boiling over in Green Bay anymore. We refuse to accept this cycle of mediocrity while the window for a championship slams shut under McCarthy.

McCarthy has possibly the most talented quarterback who ever played yet has not made anywhere near the most of it. Rogers injury has only postponed the firing of McCarthy for another year. Seems like ever coach on Green Bay is responsible for underachievement except head coach McCarthy.
one of the worst head coach/gm combos of all time riding the luck of having the greatest qb ever to cover up their complete ineptness and stupidity. i'm giving up my season tickets which have been in the family since 1963. c'mon make a change already.
We have the greatest quarterback of all time and we are squandering him. The problem starts at the top. Mike has had ample time to fix things and learn from them. Yet each year we have the same results.
Touted as the "great play caller" McCarthy is in fact the most predictable play caller I've ever seen. We haven't been able to get a receiver open for two years yet our opponents have receivers WIDE open on every play. Could go on about his crappy time management, etc but let's leave it at Fire his ass for now.
The championship game will haunt me for years. Yes some players didn't execute. But the Pack should have won by at least 14 points. With their personnel they should be in the Super Bowl. And the fact he has no regrets regarding play calling is abysmal.
Going for it on 4th down instead of kicking a field goal against your former team (the Packers). Classic McCarthy. He forgot he no longer is the Packers head coach.
His teams win in spite of him not because of him. He wasted Aaron Rodgers prime and lied to get the Cowboys job. Not to mention calling a QB draw with 14 seconds left.

He's lost the locker room, his message is stale, his schemes are severely outdated. His "success" is due to Favre/Rodgers, but he's the reason Aaron only has on ring right now. Ted Thompson as another part of the problem and he was relieved of his duties, Mike should be next, and it needs to happen ASAP.
