「記者唔係犯 採訪無犯法」
壹工會呼籲各界聯署聲明
《蘋果日報》前攝影記者成啟聰今年初在新政總採訪時遭保安員拉扯，引發肢體衝突，被警方落案起訴普通襲擊罪，案件今天提堂。壹傳媒工會對此表示憤怒，並強烈譴責香港政府打壓新聞自由。
新政總及立法會大樓開放至今，保安與記者的衝突無日無之。去年八月，三名記者在新政總採訪後進入特首辦範圍，遭帶返警署扣查；過去一年，即使記者持有效證件，仍遭禁足特首辦及東翼通往西翼的地面通道，有保安曾反問記者是否黑社會人士。種種挑釁行為反映香港政府何等敵視傳媒。
在內地，本港記者經常不獲發官方採訪證，在「非法採訪」的陰影下履行「第四權」天職；在今時今日的香港，攝影記者持有效證件在新政總採訪，竟被冠上「普通襲擊」之罪而告上法庭。今次香港政府無疑向傳媒宣戰，公然踐踏記者尊嚴。我們憂慮，政府對付記者的手法日漸「大陸化」，記者採訪隨時「被犯法」。
壹工會在短短一天內收集逾百個同事簽名聲援成啟聰。工會現宣佈行動升級，發動網上聯署呼籲同業及公眾加入。我們的訴求如下：
一）
要求行政署立即檢討採訪安排，取消不必要採訪限制；
二） 要求政府向曾經在新政總採訪受阻的記者公開道歉。
