We, the undersigned residents living in Palmer Ranch, request your urgent support for an extension of the highway Noise Abatement Barrier on the southbound 1-75 corridor from exit 205 Clark Road south to SR-681. We request this work to be added to the New I-75 Interchange at SR-681.Our goal is to reduce the increasing road noise level in our residential communities. Over the past twenty years the level of highway noise has become increasingly intolerable from the escalating volume of traffic on I-75. With the current plan to increase the number of lanes to ten (10), the problem will only be exacerbated, These are real concerns of noise levels that are affecting our quality of life, health and property values. We request an immediate meeting to express our concerns and swift action to follow, time is of the essence.

10 lanes?!?! Are you kidding me?? We need that wall up before they even think about starting that project. RIDICULOUS.
My property value is dropping because of the constant roar of traffic. Do something about it.
The noise is absolutely brutal lately. You can hear the semi trucks all night long inside our house. Fix this.
Just put the barrier up. It's common sense for people living this close to the interstate.
Seriously it keeps me up every single night. The growth in this area is out of control and we are the ones paying the price.
I'm heading up an effort to get an extension of a highway Noise Abatement Barrier on the southbound I-75 corridor from exit 205 Clark Road south for approximately 3 miles. I can barely sit on my back patio anymore without ear plugs. It was never this loud when we moved in.
