Highpoint American Bistro We the undersigned, friends, neighbors, and customers, support this application for permission to make alterations to add a seasonal rear dining patio. We are told the restaurant will comply with community board 4 regarding use of the patio, will close the patio at 10:00pm Sunday to Thursday and 11:00pm Friday and Saturday, and arrange lighting so as not to disturb the neighbors.
