Re: Request for Approval of Homeowner Request to Modify Exterior of Home Located at 5003 Royal Lytham Dr.
Proposal: Homeowner requests permission to paint front exterior of home, Benjamin Moore OC-14, Natural Cream. This would include painting the stucco, stone and brick, to create an updated and cohesive look.
Dear Board of Directors,
The undersigned hereby support the homeowner of 5003 Royal Lytham Dr, in her request to modify and update the exterior of her home. The homeowner has shared photos of the before and after, and we, as Highlands Homeowners, feel that the proposed improvements fit within the guidelines set forth in the CC&R’s with regards to exterior finish materials and material color. Painting the stucco, stone and brick will both improve and update the aesthetic of the home, thus improving the overall aesthetic of the neighborhood.
Per the CC&R’s, “All exterior finish materials and finishes shall be either natural in shade, or shall be of an earth tone, color or shade, or shall be of a properly subdued tone, color or shade, or shall be white.”
The undersigned member of the Highlands Homes Association hereby petition the Board of Directors to approve the homeowners request to proceed with stated modifications.

im still waiting to hear back from the arc committee about our proposal. its been really cool reading your comments about how much better the house will look once we get this approved.

wow i cant believe how many people showed up for this and it really shows the board that we all want this update to happen. thanks for keeping the momentum going because it actually makes a difference when we are all on the same page.

I support this paint job. It matches the neighborhood perfectly.
The house looks dated and needs a refresh. That color is well within the rules. Just let them get on with it.
