WHEREAS Horizon property management has mandated a rent increase of over 10% from the previous year as of April 1st, 2008, and over 20% since 2007; and WHEREAS Many residents of Hidden Meadows apartments live on a fixed income or whose livelihoods will be adversely affected by said rent increase, THEREFORE The signed petitioners request that Horizon Management repeal the rent increase for 2008.
