Lease Holders and residents sign this petition to request better lighting throughout the parking lots of the community. The addition of some security cameras should not be that large of a request either. Collectively our monthly rent should include better security. We all know we should also be responsible for creating a safe environment, but it goes both ways, and management should step up too.
Once signed, this petition can be printed or saved as a PDF. I plan to send management the petition via email, and drop it in the rent box.

My car was broken in to, along with others on my street. There is roughly 150+ units in Hidden Hills. If rent averages 1k a month, that is close to 150k a month in rent. Close to 2 Million dollars a year! How much money are they putting back into the community. Rent continues to rise every year, the amenities should too.
If this is the petition we want the golf courses open
I wasn't aware or have I been notified of any break ins. However, I do think there should be more lighting in the parking lots. It is really dark out there.
I have had my catalytic converter stolen. Yes please think about more security!

That's a real bummer man!
I actually did not receive an email about the break ins, so the fact even some residents can be glossed over for notification of crime in the neighborhood is somewhat disconcerting. I'm someone who is always in favor of stronger security, so I think more lighting fixtures and a security camera network is a great idea. I think everyone would sleep better at night knowing our cars and homes were more secure than they are. A house is not a home if it doesn't provide a sense of security. I think it's a reasonable expectation for management to implement some form of security system.

The people walking in and off the trails at night concern me quite a bit. Cameras alone that area could help a lot. Having found syringes back there, should bother all of us residents. I was told it was a city issue so maybe we could escalate it to them. Obviously property management isn't willing to address it.
