Today is the 7th day Level Up servers don't work for an entire day, and when it works there's just too much lag. Since we like and care about Smite, we would like to see a serious company to take over the Brazil servers, for the good of the game and the Smite e-sports here.

The current growth demonstrates that our concerns regarding Level Up are shared by a significant portion of the user base. I am now compiling these testimonials to present directly to Hi-Rez management as documentation of the server instability.

I'd like to see this game in other company's hands, it's hard to play it, since the servers are very stable. Level Up! Games reputation is pretty bad among the Brazilians, not only because of it's hosts and servers but also because of the lack of commitment to the gamer community they try to attend. I say that because I've also played other games which this company brought to us like Combat Arms and it's the same thing, we are tired of this, people spend their cash in this, it's a matter of commitment, which they clearly don't have. PLEASE HI-REZ!
Muito mais que apenas um "joguinho" o Smite é o passatempo que escolhemos pra nós, assim como outros escolheram o Futebol, skate, leitura e etc. E como em qualquer outra atividade queremos ser respeitados, já que em alguns casos dinheiro também é investido no jogo na compra de gemas e pacotes.
Now it's the beggining of Season 3, they put a double login screen and the second never work. They said they fixed it, but anyone is still seeing it and unable to play, and they don't say nothing anymore. Not to count that in 21 days of 2016, the servers haven't been up for an entire day till now, I wonder how many days we need to have a full day of servers working. Do the right thing Hi-Rez, please.
O suporte para o jogador está abaixo de regular, e temo que caso continue assim, muitos irão desistir. A Level Up Games não está mostrando compromisso e responsabilidade para com o Smite Brazil, assim para com os jogadores. Os servidores caem com uma frequência absurda, uma das maiores da internet, o suporte deixa a desejar, pois muitas vezes não respondem (Eu mesmo já fui ignorado duas vezes); sofrem ataques de DDoS, denúncias de lag todos os dias, e nada é perfeito para melhorar a qualidade. Por favor, antes que o público do jogo acabe aqui no Brazil, retirem os servidores de Smite da Level Up e coloquem nas mãos de uma empresa mais competente, pois além de perderem os jogadores daqui, poderão manchar a imagem de vocês.
Péssimo serviço oferecido pela empresa Level Up Brazil, conexão instável no país inteiro, principalmente na região norte. Muitos players brasileiros estão voltando aos servidores estrangeiros.
Realmente uma péssima Administração, Servidor Totalmente instável.

Please, i can't take it anymore, i love this game since 2013 but when the Smite came to Brazil, all i have is angry and and i'm losing pleasure on this game because of Level UP! Games.
I'd like to see this game in other company's hands, it's hard to play it, since the servers are very stable. Level Up!
