Honor of Kings Global has been available for quite some time, yet it has been plagued by persistent issues. The development team does not seem to be giving the Global version the attention it deserves. Ever since the 10th Anniversary update in Season 12, nearly every update has introduced new bugs, while many existing issues remain unresolved and have not even been acknowledged.

We want the game to receive the attention it deserves. Please prioritize bug fixes, improve graphics and display settings, resolve long-standing technical issues, release new heroes more regularly, deliver richer content updates, expand features such as dance/emote systems and gameplay settings, update the Japanese voice-over, remove bot players from Ranked mode, enforce strict and transparent penalties against match-fixing, win trading, and any form of competitive manipulation, and address the many other unresolved issues that the community has been waiting for.

We sincerely hope the Global version will receive the attention and support it deserves. Please listen to the Global community, address these long-standing issues, and prioritize game quality, competitive integrity, and player experience over constant updates. We are not asking for special treatment—we only want a stable, polished, fair, and enjoyable game experience. Thank you for hearing our voices.
