We are currently submitting an application form to the JRA to approve the cosntruction of a wall, guardhouse & installation of booms & gate
We have had various meetings with council and we are now of the opinion that the only way to proceed in order to get the wall, guardhouse, booms & a gate approved is to submit an application to council
To date there has never been any submission to council for the current guardhouse, nor boom or fence.

As per the requirements of the application, we do require at least 67% support to proceed with the application so please do sign the petition, your support is needed.

I have been hearing from so many of you who are just as tired of the security lapses in our neighborhood as I am. We are currently finalizing the documentation for the JRA to ensure that our application finally puts these safety measures on the right side of the law.

Seeing this level of support confirms that we all want the same peace of mind for our families. This momentum proves we are ready to finally secure our streets and fix the mess left by previous committees.

No 3 Ayrshire Road Benmore Gardens, I fully support the need for these security measures
No 1 Hollyhock : Leon and Rhoda Govender We are stongly in favour of the boom gate upgrade.
We are in favour. We strongly beleive this initiative will improve security. Sudesh & Sujata 9 Hollyhock Road.
Please make sure that ALL units inside and outside the boom are included - They are bona fide users of the boom and their exclusion would probably disqualify the application.

The proposed boom and enclosure has no impact to traffic flow and assists in the prevention of increasing levels of violent crimes in the area. I fully support the petition
