We the residents of south Hermosa Hills, in and around 2nd Street between Prospect and PCH, are hereby signing this peition in an effort to persuade the city to take immediate and decisive action against the noise nuisance associated with thet 4 dogs currently residing at 1042 2nd Street. Their constant howling and barking not only interferes with the quiet use and enjoyment of our respective properties, but is also comprimising the ability for homes in the neighborhood to be sold for fair market value.
