The sheer number of people backing this proves that Hermes cannot ignore our neighborhood any longer. They think they can get away with this service failure but this wave of frustration shows we are finally hitting back.

Excellent service, changed my perception of Hermes as a courier for the better. I now use Hermes for sending parcels based on my experience.
Excellent and reliable service from the current courier who has built up a great relationship with those he provides the service for. Considering the bad reputation Hermes has, they should be rewarding and ecouraging drivers to be more proactive and provide the kind of service John does in this area.
Friendly, helpful , reliable service from John Fraser, hard to comprehend why a customer facing company would even consider replacing him just to safe a token amount. You should reward him.
John and the hermes team do a fantastic job for Skelmorlie, having moved into the area over a year ago from newton mearns, the hermes service here is impeccable compared to the mearns, i would seriously reconsider your decision not to renew there contract for the coming year
John offers a fantastic service , so helpful , great communication and parcels always delivered promptly . If people are replacements with a less efficient driver , they will just stop using service !
Extremely poor service in this area, I was due a parcel on the 6th of May which ive not yet received
New parcel people have marked my parcel as delivered when it’s not been!!

In the current climate its more important than ever that we can rely on our delivery drivers, and since the change over all I have heard are negative comments. I have ordered a few things today and am now concerned they might not arrive in time for my daughters birthday.
