In the current climate its more important than ever that we can rely on our delivery drivers, and since the change over all I have heard are negative comments. I have ordered a few things today and am now concerned they might not arrive in time for my daughters birthday.

The Hermes service has greatly improved since John Frazer took over this route. We are quite a remote community and many of us depend on deliveries. John has provided an excellent service and also through updates on the local Facebook page and a contact number for and queries. The Hermes website is not user friendly when you are trying to track a missing parcel and gives you no option to contact anybody to help - I am really surprised that Hermes would want to replace the person who has made such a difference at a local level - and which the corporate Hermes website fails at. John would be a real loss to this community.

The service we receive is super certainly built my trust back with Hermes as this was lost for a very long time and I used to avoid company who used Hermes. Keep this driver as ges doing a wonderful job.
