The MVCS playground is used by the entire community and a perfect way to showcase our public schools in its prime Del Ray location, but is in danger of becoming an eyesore if the city doesn't come through with the funding.

The MVCS playground is a vital and vibrant part of the Del Ray community. It is used and loved by students and other children in the neighborhood.
The current condition of the playground doesn't reflect the importance of this community resource. Many individuals have contributed to raise funding to reanimate the playground. Now it's time for the city to do its part.
