The state finally listened and passed the restrictions we demanded to stop Big Tobacco from poisoning our kids. It took far too long to force their hand but now the new laws are locked in. Keep your eyes sharp because we must ensure these shops actually follow the rules.

Underage smoking and vaping is very common in middle & high schools. “Over 2 million middle & high school students recorded currently vaping in 2021”-CDC.org, 2 million kids reported smoking to about 3 million kids total in Minnesota.
Not including Nicotine, Marijuana & other smoking products!
Amounts are increasing everyday and will continue to grow in future generations if we don’t help the issue. Youth smoking causes brain damage, heavy lung conditions, and each individual life expectancy to be 10 years less than a nonsmokers. All happening in 13-18 year old bodies.
Smoking at a young ages also increases your chances of smoking when your older too, probably dipping in to more addictive smoking products.
I would love your help! Sign this petition if you want increased ages to buy smoking products, consequences for parents if they are caught supplying smoking products for their minors, no smoking and driving, less smoke shops etc.

The tobacco industry and their lobbyists in the capital are finally starting to feel the heat from our movement. We have hit a momentum that proves school hallways are no longer their private playground for hooking our kids on poison.

Keep up the work. Schools are getting bad with this stuff.
Kids these days are doing this way too much. My nephew is always hiding those little pods in his room.
