In a day and age where we have seen our capital city being chosen as the capital of the European Union for 2018 we seek only one main aim, to revitalise the City as a place where dignified people meet, where the night is filled with the creation of man's art and most of all a place which openly welcomes tourists in a sane and rich environment as it was a few years back. For this to happen we seek to enforce the dispersal of these so called 'perf' 12 to 15 year olds who believe that by visiting Valletta on a saturday night, creating an absolute ruckus by smoking openly, shouting and swearing in public and not to mention the total disrespect shown towards the other dignified people present at the time often including insults towards tourists who comment on their erratic behaviour.

Hence forth the main aim of this petition is to help bring to the light of the authorities in malta the dire situation this is causing and calling upon them to take action as to crack down on these social dispargations and take concrete action. The presence of police at night is currently in a null situation and it is only if people support a concrete plan of action that we can step up towards the plateau of social recovery.

Help Save our greatest national treasure. Help Save Valletta. Stop the perfs.
