I have rented a studio at 56 Dace Road E3 via Space Studio's since 1999, when I graduated from the Royal College of Art. Its been a vital part of my life and development as an artist. In 2004 Charles Saatchi visited my Dace Road studio and brought some of my paintings. The lease on my building Brittania Works 56 Dace Road runs until 2025, and I plan to stay there until then painting in the thriving artist community. James Jessop London 2014
