Artists generate money. This area needs to remain affordable for the creative community.

This is my home and it is a beautiful, vibrant, incredibly rare community that you really dont find easily, or anywhere else in London. It would break my heart to see such a well-loved place go and such great warehouses that have taken years to grow, develop and come into their own as workshops, venues and shops all disappear for the sake of money. We live here now because it is affordable, if we get pushed out, we will be 100s more people on the housing list for councils to sort out. Please don't wreck our community.

If the creatives are completely priced out and the warehouse communities and aesthetic are flushed away to be replaced by inorganic corners of concrete and glass the area will have lost a significant cultural resource.
