Please don't go against your own good policy of keeping our night skies dark, as outlined in your own 1999 Night Skky Protection Act. A group of amateur astronomers are working very hard to establish a location in SW NM, Granite Gap, and do everything we can to acquaint the public with the loss of our dark skies!!

please keep these eye sores out of the state. Not only ugly but very distracting and dangerous for drivers blinding them at night causing a loss of night vision.

I wonder how much money "under the table" it took to convince the NM St Transportation Com to allow electronic billboards along federal highways?

Save the dark skies, stop wasting precious energy and make use of appropriate outside light fixtures made for dark skies.
