Restore the Funding for New Jersey Women

SIGN and include your TOWN (in comment field)!
Every year since 2010, Governor Christie has cut $7.45 million in funding for family planning services from the New Jersey State budget (less than 0.022% of entire statewide budget).
NJ is having a public health crisis and needs to expand access to reproductive health care, not cut it. Six family planning health centers closed statewide. Others cut their hours. Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are up 35% statewide and 75% in Bergen County. Untreated STIs can lead to infertility and certain types of cancers. Breast Cancer has increased 11% in Bergen County overall and 55% among Black women and 48% among Latinas. New Jersey ranks 4th, out of 50 states, in the number of people living with HIV/AIDS.
Tell Assembly Member Holly Schepisi we need HER to stand with us and vote for the supplemental appropriation to RESTORE THE FUNDING. We only need a couple more votes from our state representatives to restore the funding this June.
Include your TOWN in the comment field. She especially needs to hear from her constituents.
