Mr. Laloned is an integral part of Fairmount's! He adds a level of confidence in the staff and students that has been unparalleled in past years while the school struggled to find comradery & leadership among its teacher and parent body.
We urge the board to reconsider 'the facts" about the school's REAL need for a increased faculty support to improve the schools academic rating. WE need all the help we can get.

Mr.L has been an amazing addition to Fairmount and a stabilizing force. I have observed his interaction with the children and there is a sincerity and gentle authority which creates an atmosphere of respect. I say encourage enrollment, grow the achool population, build more classrooms strive for an environment of success. Scarborough needs schools with great leaders and enriching environments. Don't go backwards...look to a future....this neighbourhood and school deserves a strong high calibre faculty to support the kids from all around.

Petition signed - Mr Laloned is so much more than a headcount or specific position at Fairmount. His role in creating leadership development initiatives, sharing positive conflict resolution strategies and in leading so many programs at Fairmount add immeasurable value to this school. Please reconsider, we cannot lose this incredible asset to the school and community.

This school has gone through a few very difficult years lately. Stability in leadership is critical at this school, and we need Mr. Lalonde to continue to enable positive outcomes for the students at Fairmount. Our school board leadership is aware of the challenges that our school has faced in recent years, and I encourage them to consider this context when assessing Mr. Lalonde's continuation at Fairmount Public School.

Mr. Lalonde has been a huge benefit to our school and has been detrimental to building positive relationships with the students and parents. We would be at an absolute loss if he were relocated.

The high risk/ special needs child in my home depends on this man to not only get him through the day, but also sometimes to get him into the building and keep him there where he makes this child feel safe and comfortable.

Mr. Lalonde should have his picture beside the definition of V.P., and has gone over and above to make Fairmount a better environment for the students, teachers and parents. He always has a smile on his face
and willing to help whenever needed.
