We need an additional administrator at Fairmount other than just the Principal. Mr Lalonde is an amazing VP loved by all of the parents and students.

Mr. Lalonde has not stopped working to improve Fairmount since the day he arrived. He has made a huge, positive impact by connecting with every student, making each one feel welcome and valued. He coaches our sports teams, supports our arts programs, creates leadership initiatives, teaches our kids to be role models in our school and community, and so much more. Mr. Lalonde is an asset to Fairmount and we cannot afford to lose him.

I can't imagine Fairmount without a VP, and Mr. Lalonde posseses leadership, enthusiasm, and inspiration that unites an increasingly diverse student population, while tending thoughtfully to individual students with special needs. We need him; I hope he can stay!

Mr Lalonde has been an excellent addition to Fairmount PS and has really impacted my daughter's experience in a variety of positive ways. He is a key component to the school and needs to remain here in the VP position.

As Vice-Principal, Mr. Lalonde has made such a positive impact on the daily student experience. It would be a huge loss for the students if Fairmount were to lose him. TDSB please reconsider!

Sean Lalonde is inspiring with the kids as he pushes them to be the best they can be. It's important the kids, especially in senior years, have a strong role model such as he in their lives.

The fact that the board sees fit to reduce our admin team to just one individual is rediculous. Mr. Lalonde should be staying at Fairmount.

Mr. Lalonde is a positive force at Fairmount. The VP position at Fairmount was created not very long ago. Removing it now not only unfairly reverses the original decision to have a VP, it also removes a senior staff member after Fairmount has had too many changes as the senior staff level.

We can't afford to lose Mr. Lalonde. TDSB must not destroy something this good - it goes against everything the board supposedly stands for.
