From Joe Butrim: THOUGHTS ABOUT M3, KORUPT, AND SEAN MCAULIFFE
I, as well as many others have probably wondered why Korupt hasn't been added to the official M3 poster. The recent passing of vocalist Sean McAuliffe has left a huge hole in our local music scene, not to mention the loving family and everyone associated with him that has been left behind. Out of respect, admiration, and love, for Sean, the band, and the entire Korupt family, let's try to get them listed on the M3 poster and possibly even the t-shirts that will be sold at the M3 show.
Korupt has been performing for over 30 years and this will be their third time performing at M3. Over the years they've given us the music we love, and their shows have never let us down. They've given us a reason to celebrate life. They've brought us all together as one, and they've more than paid their dues. Maybe we could all peacefully stir the pot and bring this to M3's attention. Maybe they'll see what Sean and Korupt has meant to all of us, and maybe they'll realize what these rockstars should mean to them. Share this post. Post on M3's facebook page. Send emails to M3.
