In the darkest of days for our beloved Virginia Tech Hokies, we are all reeling. All of Hokie Nation presses on with sadness and heavy hearts as we mourn our fallen Hokies, and pray for their families. I know as a VT alum, that this hit me right in the heart, and all I can think about is, what can I do to help What can I do to make a difference I think we need to remember our fallen Hokies during a great ceremony before the ECU game on September 1st. I am creating this petition to send to Metallica to try to convince them to donate their time to come play \'Enter Sandman\' before the ECU game. God bless our fallen Hokies, as we pray that their families can somehow move forward through these dark days. I would like to note for those of you \'angry\' at this idea I apologize, it was never my intention to offend anyone. I am not doing this for personal gain, I\'m not even a Metallica fan. If you can read the text above this is simply an idea as PART of a ceremony to honor our fallen Hokies. I thank everyone for your opinions and responses.
