The momentum is building but I am exhausted from the constant uphill battle to get this festival noticed. We are about to hit one hundred names and I need you to push this a little further so we can force them to take us seriously.

As a local food vendor I've been trying to promote this too. Call the Lyran Club and get partnered with them. They have a great private park. Anita Luna-AnJan's Eats
let's do this people!!! wing ding at Davis park was my first real concert experience and I will NEVER forget it. for the love of our scene, for the love of our community, and for the love of REAL ROCK in all its local glory. . . we need this!!!
There is by far way to much Local Talent to let this event die. Everybody's favorite band was once just " local talent " . The Rockford area needs to step up and SUPPORT THEIR LOCAL BANDS !
Great idea! For your consideration, I'd like to mention that my band, Stroker Red would feel privileged to contribute. We are a hard-working outlaw country band that can hang with any rock or metal band. And we also have two gingers in the band, but don't hold that against us haha. Anyway, shameless plug over. Good luck with your efforts!!
if your not going to bring in big money bands, have a big festival with local talent!! Support you're local musicians they work hard to make Rockford a great music scene, do everyone a favor and set this up!!!!

Rockford thrives on it's local art, music, and buisiness. I.can't think of a better way for it to all come together to celebrate the vision of our community. I would rather see any local band than see Buckcherry for the 100th time. Let's do this!
