I am national vp of heathen mc 1% …. Where is that man I ask that will take my name from me? Our name is trademark and symbol as well. An apparel company is a different entity and u have no right to a single word that is in the name of any particular company’s name

Heathen is a belief system. Not a trademark. You can't trademark Christian, Catholic, or Buddha. This is simply wrong and needs to stop immediately

I follow the heathen path. It is wrong to take a word from a whole religion and say I can't use it.

Faiths are not something to trademark. Especially if you do not follow the faith. No one owns the word Christian to sell items. No one can be sued or harassed for using the word, yet a word to describe a follower of my faith is. Shameful

I had takedown notice issued on some of my designs because they have the word heathen in the title, well mine say Heathens. Ridiculous, that a common word can be trademarked.

No company should hole sole power over a word, one used to designate a religion. Same as how no one company holds the power over any monotheistic title. This is nothing less than religious discrimination, and an attack on polytheists who are trying to live under the thumb of monotheistic controlled society.

Would love to see if this has gained any traction. He got one of my etsy listings removed. This is severe overreach.
